This is a fascinating building constructed in the early 20th century, built on wharf known for the manufacture of plasterwork. In 2017, the apartments underwent a state-of-the-art refurbishment, complete with the latest mod cons.

Cledor provides concierges for seven days, day and night. These are in fact hybrid concierge/security personnel, trained to be extra security aware, without compromising customer care. Our staff wear bodycams as a precaution but in line with the potential threat.

All our staff undergo 13 weeks of essential e-learning self-assessment courses and seven extra weeks of more in-depth training, with a health and safety focus.
