First and foremost, we look for the right attitude to customer care, preferring staff where this comes naturally. If they are also local – which Kelly is – then we do our best to secure their services and get them trained up through our Academy.

One of Kelly’s first jobs was to assist the transfer of the management from one managing agent to another. The continuity was invaluable. Kelly has dealt with a series of leaks, criminal damage, parking infractions, Airbnb issues – and now working closely with a proactive managing agent, all of this issues are in the past as Kelly and Cledor were empowered to make a difference to the residents.
