Cledor has successfully placed two premium hotel concierges for the Elie Saab Residences near Kensington Palace.
For a world-renowned fashion designer and interior designer, only the best concierges will do for his stunning property containing 15 super-prime apartments, overlooking the Diana Memorial Playground in Kensington Gardens.
Working with a fine managing agent, Blenheims, Cledor set about shortlisting four concierges from boutique 5-star hotel backgrounds. From these four interviewed by the managing agent, three proceeded to the second round and joint interview with agent and client culminated in the employment of the two concierges required. The concierges have been in situ since the building was completed mid-autumn 2022, and both concierges and the client are happy.
