Cledor worked closely with a well known and respected managing agent, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, to source an estate manager for a resident management company.
This long leasehold estate offers a secure, 24/7 portered home for hundreds of residents. Cledor were asked to procure an estate manager, to oversee the head concierge and day and night concierges too. This is an important role on a busy, open site, in a leafy part of St John’s Wood.
As time as passed, we have been asked to provide interim concierges, to cover for annual leave and sickness. The managing agent looks to Cledor for high quality personnel, consistency of attitude and training, and nice people too!
The selection process consisted of first round interviews which we did in-house. Shortlisted candidates’ CVs were then passed to the property manager, then second round interviews were held with the RMC directors.
Next, we are looking to have all staff trained through our Academy!
