Nestled in the heart of Bayswater, Leinster Square is a beautifully restored white-stucco terrace comprising 15 luxury residences – five maisonettes, eight expansive lateral apartments and two penthouses. Developed by Banda Property, the project combines heritage elegance with modern craftsmanship.
During 2024, as part of an ongoing review to strengthen the building’s fire-safety arrangements, Cledor was appointed to provide interim fire-warden coverage.
Our role
Cledor deployed a single, highly trained fire warden providing continuous 12-hour shifts, ensuring round-the-clock vigilance seven days a week.
The warden’s responsibilities include:
- Regular internal and external patrols
- Monitoring fire doors, escape routes and detection systems
- Maintaining patrol logs and communication with the managing agent
- Immediate escalation of any safety concern
To support Bold & Reeves, Cledor supplies a two-week duty rota in advance, ensuring seamless continuity and transparency in scheduling.
All fire-safety personnel are trained to RoSPA-approved and CPD-accredited standards, fully briefed on the site’s unique layout and resident profile.
Outcome
Cledor’s calm, visible presence has provided reassurance to residents and management alike during this temporary phase of enhanced fire-safety oversight. The building remains incident-free, and liaison between Bold & Reeves, Banda Property and Cledor continues to ensure compliance, confidence and peace of mind.
