Mixed Use Apartment Complex in North London

This is a residential apartment building with a medical centre incorporated. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic around the building so it’s a busy one to manage for the well-known central London managing agent and chartered surveyor.

Cledor’s contract to supply concierge was from September 2018 and we set about ensuring the staff were appropriately trained on site, were paid fairly, that there were full 7 days of cover and shift patterns were such that each concierge had a manageable workload. Procedures for daily report were introduced and as was traffic marshalling, the latter requiring SIA licencing which we organised.
