Yes. Every officer undertaking security duties holds a valid SIA licence. We also employ hybrid concierge/security staff, enabling front-of-house support alongside professional security capability – especially valued in residential and mixed-use developments.

Cledor officers are trained in the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. They support the Responsible Person (and if an HRB, the Principal Accountable Person) by monitoring access to plant rooms, logging safety observations, assisting in emergency drills and reporting issues that could affect resident safety or compliance documentation.

All officers complete SIA training plus additional Cledor Training Academy modules in customer service, communication, conflict de-escalation and building safety awareness. For convenience, refresher training and CPD are available via e-learning, avoiding site disruption.

We implement clear SOPs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed with the client and property manager. Our supervisors conduct unannounced site visits, audits and reviews. Each officer submits digital shift logs, providing full transparency and traceability.
